Build a source-diversity check

Create a simple source-diversity check for feed-supported work claims.

A churn-risk memo relies on five articles from one personalized feed, all supporting a vendor-friendly angle. Source diversity check: roles -> incentives -> gap note. The common shortcut is to count sources instead of source roles. Five links from the same feed path can still represent one narrow evidence channel.
