AI Track Builder

Create a track from what you already have

One document in, a learning track out. Omie reads your playbook, keeps what is teachable, and writes a staged track of ten-minute nuggets your team can actually finish.

  • Handling price pushback
  • Mirroring the customer

This is not a mockup

The steered flow ships in Omie today. Upload, analyze, steer, build, publish. The demo above is the same flow you will run.

nothing builds until you say so

A readiness report, before the build

After analysis, Omie shows its reading: which concepts are nugget-ready, which are thin, and what it skipped. You approve the plan at a checkpoint before anything gets written.

  • Every concept lists its source, down to the page or slide it came from.
  • Thin concepts come with a fix. Add one real example and a plain read becomes a decision lesson.
  • The skipped list is a feature. Glossaries and legal boilerplate make terrible lessons, so Omie says no and tells you why.

you stay the editor

Omie does the work. You steer it.

The same four ways to build, shown as the real thing. Type a lesson and watch the learner preview move. Import a SCORM package and watch it slot into a path. Publish a classroom others can book.

Four ways in, one feed out

The AI Track Builder is the fast lane, not the only one. However content gets made, it lands in the same daily feed and the same mastery tracking.

lane one

AI builds it

The Track Builder you just watched. Also a goal mode: describe what a role should get better at, in plain language, and Omie drafts the track from its own library.

lane two

Do it yourself

A quick builder for single lessons and a full course builder for structured programs. 25 lesson formats, from worked examples to image-based decisions, each with one accessible renderer. You write the content, Omie handles the rest.

lane three

Upload SCORM

Existing SCORM and xAPI packages do not need a rebuild. Import them and they sit inside tracks next to Omie lessons, assigned and sequenced the same way.

lane four

Run a classroom

Instructor-led sessions become steps in a track. Schedule the session, take attendance, and the follow-up nuggets keep the learning alive afterward.

after publish

Publishing is the start, not the end

A published track is not a folder people forget. It feeds the same engine that runs the rest of Omie.

  • Assigned tracks land in each learner’s daily feed, one nugget a day, web and mobile.
  • Adaptive paths re-order around what each person already knows and where they struggle.
  • Every completion moves the same mastery model your dashboards read. No separate reporting silo.
  • Covers are generated automatically, so hand-made tracks look as good as everything else.
who gets it

Built for the people who carry the know-how

learners

Build your path

Anyone can build their own path: ask Ada for one in a sentence, or assemble it by hand from the library. Self-built paths live in My Path and re-tune like every other track.

managers

Two lanes

Managers get the AI Track Builder and the quick do-it-yourself builder, scoped to their own team. Turn the team playbook into a track without waiting on L&D.

hr and l&d

All four lanes

HR gets everything: AI drafting, hand-built lessons and courses, SCORM import, and classroom sessions, publishable across the whole organization.
