Run a four-step recommendation audit

Audit a narrow recommendation by tracing signal, candidate pool, objective, and guardrail.

A learning app recommends the same negotiation module to every new sales manager. Completion is high, but the path feels repetitive and misses coaching needs. Audit the loop: signal -> candidate pool -> objective -> guardrail.
